If you find a problem with your purchase, call your customer service representative, Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide a Return Authorization Number for shipping product back, and replacement product will be shipped at no cost.
If you purchase Durastrong® Cloud designs (Clouds 1 through Clouds 9), there is a 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee. Cloud designs are in stock and shipped within 2-3 business days. To return uncut, undamaged Cloud designs, call your customer service representative at (800) 323-4415. We will provide a Return Authorization Number for shipping product back. There is no restocking fee, but you are responsible for shipping costs. Undamaged product must be shipped within 30 days for a credit to be issued.
All other Durastrong® Panels (except for Cloud designs) and all Clear Cell™ Films (including Cloud designs) are not in stock and are printed when ordered. Depending on our press schedule, they may take up to two weeks to ship. Because these are not stock items, they are nonreturnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
